1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You represent that you are legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use Block Solver on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Service Description

Block Solver provides board-analysis and recommendation tools for Block Blast-style gameplay. Recommendations are informational and do not guarantee results in any game session.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Block Solver for personal, lawful purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the service unlawfully.
• Interfere with service operations, security, or availability.
• Use automated attacks, abusive traffic, or unauthorized access attempts.
• Use Block Solver in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

5. User Content and Inputs

You retain rights in the board data and screenshots you provide. You grant Block Solver only the rights needed to process those inputs and provide the requested functionality.

6. App Store Terms

If you download Block Solver through Apple, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies. Apple is not responsible for Block Solver support, maintenance, or warranty obligations.

7. Fees, Subscriptions, and Billing

If paid features are offered, billing and subscription management are handled through the app store account associated with your device. Refund requests are governed by store-provider rules.

8. Intellectual Property

Block Solver's software, design, branding, and related content are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of the operator/licensors.

9. Third-Party Marks and Independence

Block Solver is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Block Blast publisher. Third-party names and marks are used solely for descriptive compatibility purposes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Block Solver is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Block Solver and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Block Solver and its operator from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms, threatens security, or exposes the service to legal risk.

14. Governing Law and Venue

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in that venue.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms are effective upon posting with a revised effective date.
